This position requires the candidate to be available to work in-person in our Atlanta office. However, you will not be expected to work in the office everyday and will have flexibility to balance your schedule as needed.

What are we looking for?
You will be responsible for bringing our ideas to life! Here’s what that entails:
- Feature Design and Specifications:
- Translate business requirements into an actionable product strategy
- Create wireframes / mock-ups of screen flows
- Collaborate with graphic design to develop high fidelity specs
- Feature Development:
- Prioritize development and grooming/design each sprint based on value, urgency and effort
- Collaborate with development team to translate requirements into backlog items
- Review and prioritize bugs and hardening
- Coordinate with QA to develop and execute testing plans
- Play leadership role on developer stand-ups and other meetings
- Plan and lead releases
- Product Roadmap:
- Understand customer pain points, gaps and opportunities
- Have awareness of competitor offerings to help us stand out and win in the market
- Analyze adoption and performance of deployed features
- Help lead demos to showcase new features
What we expect you to have:
- Proven experience in a product manager and/or product owner role on a customer facing app
- Extreme passion for product design and development fundamentals, such as:
- Customer discovery
- Adoption analytics
- Feature roadmaps
- App design
- Software development lifecycle
- Exceptional writing and editing skills
- Clear, concise and persuasive presentation skills
- Experience working with and balancing the demands of multiple stakeholders
Bonus points and street cred for the following:
- Development background, such as:
- Modern front-end JavaScript frameworks (we use React and React Native)
- TypeScript
- Database design and query languages (either relational or non-relational)
- Node.js (we use the Nest.js framework)
- Good eye for design and familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.)
- Experience working on projects that leverage the following:
- Data visualization tools
- Cloud hosted solutions
